2000 - Valuer and Property Manager : London Borough of Ealing, England. Undertaking the management of a portfolio of Council assets and the valuation of specific assets for sale, purchase and rental.

1999 - Private Valuer with Property Solutions (BOP) Ltd while also providing specialist valuation services to Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

1988-1998 - District Valuer/Branch Manager : Valuation New Zealand/Quotable Value, Tauranga. Overall responsibility for the delivery of all valuation services to local authorities (Tauranga City and Western Bay of Plenty), central Government agencies and private clients. Management of the team of up to 15 valuers and support staff.

1987-1988 - District Valuer/Branch Manager : Valuation New Zealand, Lower Hutt. Similar duties to those noted above (1988-1998).

1986-1987 - District Valuer : Valuation New Zealand, Wellington District Office. Management responsibility for valuation services delivered within this major city district office.

1981 - 1986 - Valuer/Registered Valuer. With Valuation New Zealand within the offices of Gisborne, Wellington and Takapuna. Provision of commercial, industrial, rural and residential valuation for private government and local authority clients.
