Experience & Employment History

Mark is a qualified rural valuer with 27 years valuation experience in the Western Bay of Plenty, Tauranga and Gisborne areas.  Five years were spent valuing in the Gisborne and East Coast region, with the remaining years as the Senior Rural Valuer covering the Western Bay of Plenty.

He spent five years (1999 to 2004) as Rating Valuations Manager for Quotable Value (Tauranga Office).  Within this role his ability and commitment in the delivery of a very professional level of service has gained him considerable respect and confidence from local authority clients. 

He has been an associate of Property Solutions since 2004.

Mark has had a very strong emphasis on rural and forestry valuation including a sound knowledge of the market and development influences that impact on values in rural situations.
