Experience & Employment History
Harley has had 21 years experience, specialising in residential, rural-residential and lifestyle properties together with plant, chattels and business valuations. Harley joined the firm in August 1999 and is based in Mount Maunganui focusing on residential valuations as well as plant and machinery and going concerns.
Special projects completed included the valuation of New Plymouth District Council plant and equipment for transfers to Local Authority Trading Enterprises.
Other projects included the valuation of bitumen processing plants, feed mills, heavy industrial manufacturing plants, etc.
Areas of specialisation include residential and commercial assessments for depreciation schedules, going concern and chattels valuations for hotels, motels, cafés and numerous small to medium sized businesses.
