2006 – Present: Valuer at Property Solutions (BOP) Limited. Private valuation work
1997 – 2006: Senior Valuer, Auckland City Council. Involved in an in-house team to produce Rating Valuations for approximately 160,000 residential and commercial properties, including annual maintenance and three yearly Revaluations.
Lead a team that implemented new computer software to automate the maintenance and revaluation process including documentation, testing, data migration and collection, training and ongoing support.
Determined asset and insurance values for Council properties such as recreational buildings, office buildings, and pensioner housing, as well as market rentals for leased retail, office, sub-soil and airspace.
1993 – 1997: Valuer, Bycroft Petherick Ltd, Wanganui. Private valuation work including residential, commercial and insurance valuations.
Other Interests
Keen Triathlete having competed in two Ironman and four Age Group Triathlon World Championships.
Spending time with my young family.
